Sarah Conroy joined in 2024 after a decades long career in HR and offers services in the following areas:

• Workforce planning
• HR compliance, including employee benefits and compensation and multistate employment
• Compensation analysis and benchmarking

She works with nonprofit and for profit organizations across the US with workforce planning, organizational design and all manner of HR assistance.

Her work complements the benefits programs M Employee Benefits offers and expands services into the realms of people strategy, policy development, employee relations, talent management and other HR offerings.

Sarah has a BA from University of New Hampshire along with certifications from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Sarah is an animal lover with eclectic taste in music and books. She’s strategically focused, collaborative and appreciates humor! Though a naturalized Mainer, she’s fierce in her devotion.
